Special Shipping Statement
The COVID-19 Pandemic is causing unprecedented circumstances and constant changes that are continuing to affect supply chains and cause carrier delays nationwide. We continue to work hard to get all orders out as quickly as possible but in some instances due to circumstances out of Azzara Design's control you may experience longer processing, shipping and/or transit times.
On average, it may take 3-10 business days to process your order before we ship it. Please check your confirmation emails for updated turnaround times. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
All orders placed at Azzara Designs.com will include shipping with tracking. You will receive the tracking information when your order has been fulfilled and marked shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for UPS and/or USPS to update their system of movements on the package(s).

Free Shipping Over $150
Azzara Designs offers free shipping on qualifying orders totaling $150 or more. The free shipping option will be available to be selected at checkout for qualifying orders.
Shipping address must be in the continental United States. Offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and International purchases.
Order must total $150 before taxes, and after all discounts have been applied.
If you prefer to have a expedited delivery date, you have the option to decline free shipping and select another available shipping method.
Certain items are not included in the free shipping offer based on weight. Excluded items will have disclaimers in the description.
Any orders that do not qualify for free shipping are weight based shipping. Once your items are added to your cart, you will be able to select between UPS, and USPS and choose what speed you'd like your package to ship, on the shipping selection screen. It will show you the costs accordingly. Please note: Orders require processing time + Ship time.
Please confirm that all shipping information is correct before confirming your order. Any orders returned because of an incorrect address will be charged an additional shipping fee. Azzara Designs is NOT responsible for incorrect addresses.
We ship many products internationally. At checkout, we provide quotes for transit fees only. Some time after checkout, your carrier and country determine duties and taxes, which you are responsible to pay. Processing, shipping, and delivery times can vary and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping is also available and adjusts based on weight. For fastest shipping time international we recommend choosing FedEx or UPS on checkout. USPS International shipping can take from 2-12 weeks depending on your location.

International Shipping Liability Disclaimer
Azzara Designs gladly provides worldwide shipping, however, all international shipments are at the liability of the buyer. We take all appropriate steps to ensure your package reaches you safely, and we've had great success doing so, but there are variables such as international customs, VAT, and any other taxes or expenses, that are out of the control of Azzara Designs and the responsibility of the buyer.
Delivered But Not Received
All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact couriers at numbers below in order to investigate this issue. We are not accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
